Ambient air can be put to ventilation use by employing micron filters, ductwork, grilles and blowers.Room pressurization can be done with these equipments for providing higher inside pressure than ambient to prevent outside dust ingress. Tunnel ventilation fans are offered for long distance ventilation. (Only two models available)

Hot air generators are offered where air is heated by direct indirect electrical or flue gas or steam heating. With the employment of ductwork, fans and heating source, hot air can be put to process needs of air heating & drying.(Designed as per requirement)

   

Air Cooling Systems

Air Cooling Systems

Air is cooled either by evaporation or refrigeration. Evaporation cooling employs saturation pads with water sprays. Air contains some part of water moisture or vapour. Refrigerant based Direct Expansion type Heat Exchangers are employed through compressors for high degree of dry cooling .Systems are costlier and produce better dry cooling up to 10o C of air. (Designed as per requirement)

These are developed to capture escaping dust while Grinding, Polishing, Packing, operations where downdrafted travelling air on table surface picks up dust particles & carries same down to collection hopper. Table is equipped with extration top, cartridge filters & exhauster for continuous suction facility.

   

Air Heat Exchanger

Air Heat Exchanger / Gas Heat Exchanger

The exhaust gas from the clinker cooler is vented to the Air-to-Air Heat Exchanger where it passes evenly through vertical parallel tubes. Cooling is accomplished by forced convection from cross-flow fans moving ambient air over the outer surface of the tubes. The Air-to-Air Heat Exchanger reduces both the temperature and the dust loading of the excess gas to the dust collecting system, thereby lowering the gas volume to be handled and increasing the life of the filter bags. This also permits the vent fan to operate at reduced speed and corresponding lower power consumption.During upset clinker cooler operating conditions, the Air-to-Air Heat Exchanger aids in the protection of the downstream equipment within the specified design temperature limits. This is accomplished without introduction of dilution air or water spray systems.In most cooler vent systems where there is no heat exchanger ahead of the dust collector, numerous problems are experienced with burning filter bags, unstable kiln hood draft control, and limited vent system capacity due to the introduction of dilution air. With the Air-to-Air Heat Exchanger, these problems are essentially eliminated.
