Dust Collectors - Cyclone/Mechenical Dust Collector |
Introduction: Use TECHFLOW´S Cyclone as your primary collector with or without the optional after-filter, for dusts of moderate to coarse particle size. The Techflow Cyclone will remove up to 90% (Above 40 microns) of dust generated. Use it as a precleaner for any of Techflow’s more efficient final collectors such as the Tuffjet Bag Filter, Tuff Pulse Jet Dust collector. By reducing the dust load on the higher efficiency final filter, a more economical final filter may be selected and a longer filter life can be obtained. We offer these cyclones as particulate pre-separation as settling chambers, high flow and high efficiency cyclones, Twins, Triplex and Quads in single profile or series cascade as well as multi clones.Accessories like air locks, RAV, Weight gate damper single/Double are also available.

No Maintenance: Unlike many dust collectors the Techflow Cyclone contains no moving or replaceable parts and is essentially maintenance free. The air is drawn into the Cyclone tangentially and rotates at high velocity around the inner circumference. The heavier dust is separated from the air by centrifugal action and is deposited in the barrel or hopper. |

Introduction:Techflow’s unitary type dust collector can extract nearly all types of dust
and chips. In most cases the dust is captured directly through a suitable outlet on the processing machine and routed through an extraction hose or pipe to the dust collector. If the machine has no connection port than the extraction port is designed by the Techflow Engineers with the help of suitable capturing hoods which ultimately results in clean work environment. Cleaning efficiency of these units is 99.9% over 1 micron dust particle size

Introduction
Manual shaker is one of the most cost effective dust collector model. The dust filled air stream passes through fabric bags that filter the dust particles. Bags are made of different material such as Non woven polyester etc.. The bags are cleaned manually by giving a manual shaker mechanism. The dust from the bags is collected in the bin below the hopper, which has to be cleaned periodically.
Motorised Shaker: are used in processes where non-cleanable filters become an expensive option due to large dust content. It consists of bags with an inlet for dusty air stream at the bottom. The bags are suspended from a rope for improved agitation and fixed at the bottom. Dust filled air enters the bag, passes through the filter and collects on the inside walls of the bag.

Introduction
This collector separates the different size particles with the help of inbuilt cyclone,
designed for the highest efficiency. The PULSE JET COLLECTOR is a modular unit consisting
of filters in a housing with an automatic cleaning system. This type of dust collector is designed to operate continuously using a timed pulse of compressed air in cleaning rows
of filters while on line. The Pulse Jet Collector is a state of the art system.
It will operate at a relatively constant pressure drop between the clean and dirty

PTFE MEMBRANE LAMINATED FILTER BAGS
We offer Bag filter with PTFE membrane laminated filter bags to counter the disadvantages of conventional "depth filtration" media. In conventional media the felt fabrics act as a media for the built up of a dust cake, which in turn captures even more & finer particles of dust. The filters are cleaned continuously to remove some of the dust cake & then begin the process all over again.
Bag filter with PTFE membrane laminated bags, filtration side of filter media permits air to pass through the filter bag while collecting all particles on outer surface. These filter bags are best available in control technology till now.
The phenomenon is termed as surface filtration and has following advantages:

Techflow’s square shaped dust collector for venting of pneumatically filled silos. The stainless steel / mild steel body contains vertically mounted, POP-TOP FILTER cartridges. The pulse jet cleaning system is Built under whether guard.
Dust separated from the air flow by special POP-TOP filter elements drops back into the silo after an integrated automatic reverse pulse jet cleaning system inside the weather proof guard has removed it from the filter elements. Originally designed for cement and similar materials, TE-VENT-FILTER can be used with any dust generating material as long as it is dry and does not pack under pressure.
